Yitz Raab, Managing Partner
Yitz Raab is the Founder and Managing Partner of Tzur Management.
Mr. Raab was a Co-Founder of KCPS & Company, an investment management firm with $800M in assets under management and served as the firm’s CFO from 2005 through 2011. Prior to KCPS, Mr. Raab was an Investment Manager at Giza Venture Capital. Before working at Giza, Mr. Raab was an Investment Banker and Mergers and Acquisitions Associate for THCG, a technology merchant banking and consulting firm.
Mr. Raab graduated magna cum laude from Yeshiva University with a BSc in Finance and holds an MBA, magna cum laude, from Bar-Ilan University.
Matt Brenner, VP Operations
Matt Brenner is Vice President of Operations at Tzur Management. Mr. Brenner has over ten years of experience in financial management.
From 2003 to 2008, Mr. Brenner worked in the Merchant Banking Division at Goldman, Sachs & Co. as part of the Finance and Administration group. He was responsible for the management of several private equity funds including transaction execution, asset management, portfolio analysis, credit facility management, foreign currency trading and hedging and financial reporting. From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Brenner served as a Senior Accountant in the Financial Services Group at Ernst & Young, LLP where he focused on hedge fund clients and alternative investment management firms.
Since his relocation to Israel in 2008, Mr. Brenner has been involved in the emerging market of alternative energy with Israel Solar Partners and Carbon360 Partners. Mr. Brenner holds a BSc in Accounting from Yeshiva University and is a CPA.
